Breaking axles? Install these to prevent the axles joints from overextending!
This product is suitable for E30, E36, and some E46 cars that are equipped with small and medium case differentials.
**Note that these will not fit E46 cars which are equipped with unevenly spaced axle bolts. This typically refers to post 2001 330ci cars.
** Note that some small case cars have M8 size hardware (rather than M10 size hardware) – if this applies to you than shop our other axle spacer product.
About the material…
These spacers are made from aluminium 6061 billet plates, machined to an 8mm thick product through CNC machining processes to ensure a precise and balanced product with excellent strength.
A pair of spacers and a quantity of (12) extended 12.9 grade bolts are supplied per (1) quantity purchased.
What do they do…
The spacers rectify a common axle joint issue when the joint overextended – often seen in cars that are lowered or have an aggressive rear alignment.
These axles will limit the lateral movement of the axle and ensures that the joint is packed and cannot overextend – but operate within its safe operational range.
These can also be used to allow you to use the shorter (yet stronger/thicker) medium case axles in your E36 or E46.
Choose to include our locking delta washers (serrated and interlocking design) for +$30 to secure axle bolts.
